Gold is making its way from the catwalks to the kitchen, thanks to Zespri SunGold, a new variant of kiwifruit that’s power-packed with more than 20 essential vitamins and minerals.

Swathed in a smooth russet skin, this oval shaped, golden-fleshed kiwi is the result of 10 years of dedicated research using only natural plant breeding methods.

One SunGold kiwi contains 161mg of Vitamin C – that’s three times more than oranges, bite for bite! – fulfilling more than one’s daily Vitamin C requirement for the day.

The fruit is also exceptionally rich in Vitamin E – seven times more than apples and oranges – making it essential for the stimulation of cellular renewal and collagen production.
